A healthy morning protein breakfast.
I love bananas and peanut butter. I used to take Natural Valley granola bars and spread peanut butter then cut a banana on top. To top it off I would add a little honey. YUMMY!
To make this awesome smoothie all you will need is one banana, peanut butter (Reduced Fat Smooth Jiffy), Honey and 1 package of Natural Valley Granola (Oats 'n Honey).
1 Banana
1/2 Cup of Peanut Butter (Reduced Fat Smooth Jiffy)
2 tablespoon Honey
1 Package of Natural Valley Granola Bar (Oats 'n Honey)
1 cup of ice (this depends on how thick you like your smoothies, I like mine thick)
Directions
First cut up the banana. Next, take the granola bars out of package and start breaking them up in to small pieces.

Now get out your blender and started adding. once you have added all your ingredients into the blender start by pulsing a little at a time until the smoothie has a thick consistency. I start with 1 cup of Ice and add as needed. If you like your smoothies thin you can try adding a little milk to the blend.
ENJOY!
